Summary / Objective
As a Technical Sales Rep, you'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed. The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed to sell a particular product or service.

Deliver technical details explaining the services to customers and prospective customers. Confer with customers and engineers to assess service needs and to determine client requirements. Help clients solve their needs utilizing the services we offer.
Rep Duties:
Use technical knowledge and service solutions to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
Offer decision makers the services we offer and close accounts.
Manage closed accounts to maintain rapport with client.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Close accounts over the phone or on site at client's location.
